This is bleach. Everyone will stay alive and no good guys will die. That is basically bleach's theme. Good guy get hurt then coem back and win. Gin might die though, you never know when they finally decide for a good shinigami too die.

I think the true question is really what side is Gin on? I have to assume he has his own intentions. He did stab Matsumoto and didn't do a thing to help all the other Shinigami as Aizen owned them. And he tried to kill Ichigo. So I'm pretty sure that Gin isn't on the Gotei 13's side. But he's obviously also not on Aizen's side. So I'm interested to see what happens next.
