Hi, so I want to get fitter for summer. Could anyone suggest a good workout routine, which include reps and sets, what stuff to stay away from ie sugars fats etc. And how many calories I should have etc. Just something for a beginner who wants to become fitter and feel better.

1. Starve yourself and eat usually, usually works and you can be lazy on the comp.

2. Only eat when you are hungry, if you are too full don't eat or keep eating.

3. Have salads and healthy fruits. Like watermelons.

YouTube; there's this Asian guy on YouTube who has different types of workouts depending on what you want to work outs(cardio, abs,)

I recommend squats, so your not pancake having ass type of person.

When you're young you accidently work out alot. For example, I have to walk a while to get to school. Then if you resist yourself from eating besides lunch or your lunch break (or whatever you have) then eat dinner you're doing good accidently. Avoid eating fast food and when you do eat it, eat very small portion or eat less to make up for the calories. Avoid junk food and candy and chips and cake. Like said above, eat alot of fruits or veges.
This place is still kickin' it. Somehow.

Well idk maybe you should of started in the beginning of Summer not the end?
If you don't have access to a gym just do normal cardio around your house.
Push ups 15
Crunches 20
Plank 30 sec
Squats 30
Lunges 20
Leg Raises 10

3 Sets each

These, the rest of the comments are useless.

To stay fit, you don't have to be a calorie watcher, that's usually a bad thing.

Just exercise and eat the right foods.Super foods are best, make green disgusting drinks like I do, packed with good stuff. My clan bully me for it

PM me for a recipe.

As for exercise, simple exercise that handle your own body weight in decent reps and 3-5 sets, depends how intense the exercise or just get/follow an exercise calendar.

And fast food/fizzy drinks/processed foods are a huge NO!

That's as much as I can feed ya

One doesn't starve themself to get fit... You need to eat.

Drink pipe water before any cooked meal. Helps digestion happen faster and this is better than eating and having to wait a long ass time for your food to digest

Just stay away from Saturated and Trans fat. Fat helps promote muscle growth as well.
In order to become healthy and fit, you need to eat better as well.
If you're looking to gain mass, eat 6 small meals a day. Never eat till your stuffed.

For a workout routine, I'll list some exercise you can do with your body and or dumbbells if you have access to them.

For a workout planner, I'd start off with Cardio.
Do some jump rope for 5-10 minutes, do 20 squats, and do 10 minutes more, take a 5 minute break, and repeat until failure.
You wont see change if you don't push your body to force it to change.

For upper body workouts, if you have Dumbbells:
20 Bicep curls (each arm)
20 Tricep curls (each arm)
20 Shoulder presses (each arm)
20 leg raises
20 crunches
5 minutes of planking
Take a 5 minute break after all are done.
Do it again.
And then push ups till failure.

Hope I helped.

Remember to eat right. Never eat what you can't burn off. I'm not telling you to count calories, but you'll start to notice when you need to cut down on something or work harder.

Make sure you do upper body or lower body, never in the same day. You need a day of rest so you should workout every other day.

Eat lots of protein.

GL, if you're in America you have less than a week. Don't skip meals, eat healthier full meals. If you skip meals, you wont have energy to do the exercises you want, you'll end up getting fatter.
