Thanks guys.. Apparently, people from NB did not quite analyze the character.. too many noo- nvm..

As for people who WILL say it's OP:

"30 Damage + Stun without cooldown is not overpowered for him. Just like Tsunade.... This is because this is HIS ONLY DAMAGING SKILL.

The 30 Damage Reduction is also fair. It can be easily pierced, or ignored. . . The fact that it attacks the enemies is quite balanced. using a total of TWO BLOODS, then TWO RANDOMS, with a turn PREP, is very costly... Plus, it boosts his ONLY damaging skill."
