At last, the time has come for the Official Soul Arena Clan League. This tournament has been designed to test in-game prowess, endurance, and the strategic and organizational skills of each clan, and will ultimately once and for all prove the "strongest" clan that exists on this game called Soul Arena. Twelve of the best clans that currently operate on SA have been pre-selected for this event.
This tournament should last approximately six weeks assuming that all matches are held and played on schedule, and in order to ensure this happens, there have been rules that have been put in place which I will discuss in more detail momentarily.

# Each of the twelve clans that will be participating in this tournament, will be required to play every other clan twice.
# Each clan is required to complete two wars a week.
# The order in which each clan will face each clan will be set up and displayed on the SACL forum which will be up and running in the near future, and the link to it will be placed on this topic. The war match topics will also be posted on this forum.
# War matches will be a five vs five format, with each game being two out of three
# There are no specific team rules, EXCEPT no full stuns, [don IS counted as a stunner] no full counters, and no full drains. In addition to this, using the same team twice in a match is not permitted. If any of these rules are broken, a print screen is required for proof. Once the print screen has been posted on that specific war topic on the forums then that specific round will be awarded to the aforementioned player, not the whole game. If you have some sort of grievance with these rules, take your clan and leave, as bad sportsmanship in relation to complaints about team rules will be sanctioned severely.
# Note that this is a point system tournament, not knockout. For example, five points will be awarded to a clan which sweeps another clan five wins to zero in a war match. Four points will be awarded to a clan which wins four games to one. Three points will be awarded to a clan which wins three games to two. There will be no points awarded for losses in this tournament. Also please note that every matchup must be completed, whether your clan has already "won" the war or not.
# Discussion about your opponents teams on your forum war topic is strictly forbidden, any breaching of this rule will result in your clan forfeiting the war by technicality, and five points will be awarded to the opposing clan regardless of the current score.
# Flaming, whether it be light or heavy is also strictly prohibited on war topics. However it is more than likely that a separate topic will be set up on the forums specifically for this purpose, in order to keep the war topics spam free and allow anyone who feels the need to "vent" an opportunity to do so.
# If it appears a member of a war roster is inactive, a substitution must be made within the one week limit which is given to complete the war. Only two substitutions are permitted. If it reaches the end of the week, and a war has not been completed due to inactivity from both, or either clans, staff members will come together and discuss why the war has not reached a conclusion. The war will then be awarded to whoever we have decided was making more effort in finishing the war, regardless of the amount of wins either clan has in the war so far.

In order to ensure a fair tournament with minimal to no favoritism throughout the event, one staff member has been selected from each of the current clans enrolled in the tournament.
These staff members will be given mod powers both on the SACL chatbox and on the forums. They are responsible for ensuring that their specific clan's roster is posted on time each and every time, and that their clans war matches are completed quickly, efficiently and with minimum hassle. If it comes to my attention that any mod from any clan is not fulfilling their duties as they are required to, their mod powers can be taken from them. In the worst case scenario, if I see that both a staff member and his or her clan are behaving inappropriately, they can be stricken from tournament.
Being the most well known clans on Soul Arena, I expect nothing but the pinnacle of good behavior and sportsmanship between yourselves, not only because it will help the tournament progress in a more timely fashion with minimal problems, but in order to set examples to new and growing clans out there. Show them what a clan is suppose to be! Without further a due, the staff members:
# AC-R Staff Member: Reesan
# N-S Staff Member: Jody
# D.O.S. Staff Member: Kingle_fenrir
# Straw Hat Pirates Staff Member: Bphone
# G-R Staff Member: Izuisima
# Twilight Staff Member: Grimm_
# Survivors Dawn Staff Member: VincentDirge
# SBC Staff Member: Paltsnep
# Love Staff Member: Dawsoe20
# Cipher Staff Member: Kuren
# Fallen Legacy Staff Member: Ilfort
# Sanctimonia Staff Member: ISYXRA

It is only natural that such a big tournament consisting of so many clans and players will have prizes for those who display outstanding skill. There will be prizes awarded to the top three clans who emerge from this tournament and carve their place in the history of SA forever as the winners of the first ever SACL.
#The clan with the third highest amount of points will be awarded with a UB for their clan members in order to show off their achievement. They will also be able to pride themselves on securing an honorable place among a large amount of highly skilled clans.
# The clan with the second highest amount of points will be awarded with a banner for their clan thread depicting their placing, and will also be able to pride themselves on placing second among twelve of the best clans on SA.
# The clan with the highest amount of points will be awarded with a clan banner for their thread, and if they desire, a SACL Clan Winners AMV by 123olonade. Most importantly, they can be rest assured in the fact they have proven beyond a shadow of a doubt they are the strongest in-game clan in existence on SA.
