#1 Welcome to Galactic Republic's Clan thread The World of the Jedi. We were established Jan. 21st and was made to become a succesful and prestigious clan. Our members are loyal, respectful and intelligent. We focus on our rank as well as having fun playing the game. We are now taking time getting known around the forums and our gaining our clan the respect from peers that it deserves. All Sb rules apply on our thread, break the rules and we will send our Sith hounds on you! The birth of an empire January 14th 2009 Soul-Arena was released.Izuisima made his move from n-a.He was in a clan called Kyuuby-Rage(n-a)/Assasns Rage(s-a) and no longer felt needed in the clan since inability to ladder everyday.Izuisima then decided to create a clan and his goal at that point was tp have his clan last longer that a month.He started searching a name but didnt want a typical name(anime/japanese).So he thought and thought and Star Wars popped up .He then decided to go with Galactic Republic,a government based on Star Wars.On january 21 2009 Galactic Republic was founded,Izu sought out for loyal members first and found its co-leader in Roug.They came up with a base for the clan.The next day JAN 23 Izu sought for more help and asked for his long time friend and former clanmate Clessenur to help run Galactic Republic.Clessenur at first refused since he was currently in a clan but quickly accepted later on.[i] Hardships of the journey [i]With Galactic Republic set with its 3 leaders they had a hard time recruiting.The clan lack GFX,ingame,strong players and skill.They tried recruiting good members but they encountered declines after declines,then Izuisima decided to recruit the lowest ranked players and let them all grow as a clan.His plan was working but the progress was pretty slow.Altough we didnt have the best we were becoming better together.Our members were not great ingamers yet but they were loyal.Galactic Republic soon reached top 100 by its first month.During the month GR found its first captain Darkguy2 from a merge along with 2 members.We then got some more valuable recruits:Kartka,Chakra123,Dakanoth and some more that were alright ingamers.As a clan our goal was to reach top 10.Everyone then decided to reach espada,6 members reached it,boosting our clan to top 50.By the time we become invite only and gaining more valuable members.Darkguy2 was shortly appointed leader position.We shortly made our way to the top 10 archieving our goal. End of the Old Republic As we reached #9 on ladder and summer break came near inactiviness blossomed above Galactic Republic.We stopped moving and were surpassed by many clans.We struggled to stay in the top 15.Members then started blaming each other,blaming leaders,opposing the clans methods and giving up as chaos broke loose.Members then started taking theyr leave :Clessenur left aswell as 2 co-leaders.The clan was on thin ice,some members agreed on disbanning the clan but Izuisima's will power was way too strong,he said:never give up,a true warrior will face its trial face forward,only a coward will flee.Then Izu gave many speeches to boost his clan morale up and then decided to end the ways of the Old Republic and start new again.he took whoever was willing to follow him and cut the rest. The rebirth of the reoublic,The New Republic The day after former clan leader Clessenur left Izuisima decided to merge clans yet again.This time with a former clanmate and friend:Genma_6th_hokage.Izu decided this because the chat was always empty and genma's clan had skill and a full chat .Genma quickly approved and was the new co-leader of GR.Clessenur,who was impressed by Izu's actions made his comeback.The leaders came up with new rules and created a new base for the clan.They wanted a fresh start so first action was a new thread then cut the inactives.Galactic Republic finnaly crossed the mountain and can now walk a clear path to their new goal:reaching #1,that will be the next chapter of our story. The New Republic ARC 1 With the new members and theme,"The New Republic".We reached top 7.The clan was becoming more known around the forums and for ingame talent.People were now aknowledging GR as we struck fame.We started chains of tournaments,many players were aplying and everything was going our way. The New Republic ARC 2 After all our succes our members as if there was nothing left to be done and GR hit a hiatus in the clan ladder aswell as activity.GR reached rank #6 and fell back ranks.Altough despite the drop members did not panic.Then Izuisima decided with fellow leaders to recruit new members.Through weeks of scouting,their search was not a succes.They found no players that were clanless that would fit in.The drought continued and GR was crashing slowly. The New Republic ARC 3 Its been months and there was still no progress GR was hit with a wave of members quitting S-A and giving their accounts away.With our elite players inactive and quitting and no leaders laddering it seemed to be no hope.Then Clessenur who was a clan leader was hacked and GR was disbanned.izuisima quickly remade it and and most every member rejoined while a few took this as an opportunity to leave.Once the clan was remade a few members attempted to ladder eager to reach the top 10 and the rest remained inactiv.GR reached top 200 and was stuck.then leaders Clessenur and Genkai took their leave.A new generation of jedi.The word was spreading around boards and people thought GR is dead failing inactive or should disband.Realizing everyone's view on the clan Izuisima would then decide to recruit members on his own by searching profile by profile sending personal pm's .Izu recruited 8 new members and with those new members he made goals for them to complete by a designed time.In a matter of a week GR reached top 20 again lvling 2 lvls/day GR reached its peak position on the clan ladder rank #4 and gained respect by other clnas for achieving such milestone.With this GR lives on and continues to take challenges head on never giving up the fight. GR's Academy is born After reaching the highest level in clan history in record time, most of the Galactic Republic ingamers slowed down and Galactic Republic was once again at a stand still. Soul-Arena as a whole was inactive and most of Galactic Republic's members simply became bored with the monotony of the game. This is when the leaders of Galactic Republic decided to expand the clan to recruit fresh talent. Thus Galactic Republic Jedi Academy was created. GR-ja ARC 2 Galactic Republic Jedi Academy, also known as GR-ja, became Galactic Republic's 2nd clan made simply to recruit ingamers, and let them level the clan to improve their skills. The leaders searched and found many promising ingamers to recruit to GR-ja in hopes that they were diamonds in the rough. As time went on the clan became larger and larger and as planned many of the members improved. To GR's surprise, the clan was much more successful than we would have ever imagined. Currently it is level 31 and ranked number 34 in the clan ladder. Hopefully one day it will join the top 10 clans along with Galactic Republic. //.Galactic Republic™.// Ultra noob gFX-er.// D D

#2 Galactic Republic is currently going through a complete makeover. To shed ourselves of our growing inactivity we have cut many members and left only the elite. Currently we have 2 clans, Galactic Republic and Galactic Republic Jedi academy. If you intend to apply for our clan you must meet certain requirements before you will be looked at. There are 2 ways to get in, you can either apply as an in-gamer or as a Gfxer. Most applicants if accepted into the clan will start off in GR-ja, but few special cases may be added directly to GR. Please remember to pm a leader or post on the thread an introduction of yourself if you meet the requirements. In-gamers Recruitment - This is for applicants who feel they would best benefit the clan with their in-game skills. a)GR-ja-Have been level 26 -Have had a highest streak of +15 or higher -Have been level 26 or higher with a 70% win ratio b)GR-Have been level 36 or higher -Have had a highest streak of +20 or higher -Have been lvl 31 or higher with a 70% win ratio .............................................................................................................................................................. Artist recruitment- This is for applicants who intend to benefit the clan through their gfxing skills. - Show 5 of your best works on our thread, remember to include it with your introduction. - Get a rating above 6.5/10 from our Gfxers. We will tell you if you do. - Be able to GFX for clan members One more way to get in GR or GR-ja is to get to know us. Visit our chatbox frequently and become friends with us and you may earn yourself an automatic invite .............................................................................................................................................................. Application process: After receiving an application, we will post it on our forums for our members to observe. We will then have a vote for whether or not you will make it to the next step. If you receive enough votes you will be notified. After you receive enough votes, a leader will pm you this form. -Why do you want to join Galactic Republic? - Are you active? Do you get on xat or post on soul-boards at least 3 times a week? - Former clans? - Anything you care to share with us that was not asked? For in-gamers - You will have a private battle with 3 different members to test your in-game skills. Each battle will be 2/3 and you do not have to win. If the members decide you are a good enough in-gamer you will be sent an invite along with a pm telling you that you have passed the test. For gfxers - Our main gfxer will send you a stock and you will customize any way you choose. If he likes it an invite will be sent along with a pm so that you'll know. #3 Tournaments This is the official tournament for the Galactic Republic.This tournament is hosted by either leaders or captains.During this tournament you will be able to test at the game of Soul-Arena.Good luck and MAY The Force Be With You.
